  • Hello d3mac123 I’m experiencing the same problem. I hit Summit but the form appears as nothing happens.. but it really summits the info, because I receive in my Sales Force all the information. Do you have any clue?

Did someone find a solution for this problem yet? There seems to be no support for this plugin 🙁

    Hi,

Any news on this issue? We are losing business because of this!

We are about to rip out all of our WordPress-to-Lead forms and replace them with a form that just sends us an email.

Will paying for Premium Support get some focus on this?

Even paying for support takes a little time – a couple of days. That said, once I made contact with the author he fixed the problem immediately. What WordPress version number are guys using?

    I am using WP 4.5.3

That is good to know. I’m still on 4.5.2 and I wont upgrade until we hear from the author. If I were you I’d just pay for the fix by requesting paid support. That’s what I did.

WordPress 4.5.3. After pressing submit the spinning wheel just hangs and the form never sends.

I was able to solve my issue. I have Contact Form 7 on this site for other forms used that do not need Salesforce integration.

In the Salesforce Plugin Settings>Settings>Style Settings I had checked “Use WP CF7 CSS integration?”. This is what caused the hang. As soon as I removed that, it started working in the current version 4.5.3

    Hope that helps someone.

I hope that helps me when I upgrade – thanks!

Yes, contact form 7 is the culprit here. There’s a fix for this in the v3 branch on GitHub which should be released this month.
