What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?
Theme is BYT (BookYourTravel) but here i use a child theme to make the changes.

Installed but deactivated
– EWWW Image Optimizer Version 6.3.0
Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7 and Classic Editor, and clearing all cache data.
Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
BTW, the Contact Form 7 plugin has nothing to do with this issue. The footer exists outside the form.
Thank you for your answer. We switched to the original theme and the problem was gone in this case.
Now we have to look what the theme support has to offer to fix this.
