Forminator slow loading and error

    I use the forminator on my website and use some logic conditions, when the page is opened, all pages can be opened properly except the form forminator which takes a few seconds longer and after opening the form error display, the logic conditions that I apply don’t work. the form opens all files which should be hidden in the initial state.

    Hi @dwipaad

    Thank you for the form.

    I see it is not a big form and shouldn’t cause this slow performance.

    I added it to my page and the form loads fast: https://freitas-debug.tempurl.host/form/

    Can you try the Ajax loading in Forminator > Form > Behavior > Load form using AJAX.

    In case that doesn’t help, can you let us know your PHP settings?

    WordPress > Tools > Site Health > info, copy to clipboard, save as TXT and share using dropbox too.

    About the visibility, I found the only field that has conditional and it is showing is the “Number of scooter”, it is happening because the tourpack has a default value selected https://monosnap.com/file/QOoSwgKF6rpMDWY1lkz0PFcObOjUfu so the conditional will be true when the form loads.

    Let us know the result of the Ajax.

    I’ve tried several ways, it doesn’t work and I disconnect with PayPal payments and the form returns to normal so now I don’t use PayPal. there is one more problem, the dropdown menu and calendar being transparent is not good and difficult to see especially for display on mobile, the interest is to help remove transparency in the dropdown menu and calendar.

    I checked your page and it doesn’t seem correct, this dropdown issue usually happens due HTTP, just in case can you go to WordPress > Settings and confirm the URLs are configured to HTTPS instead of HTTP?

    But I also see a fatal error in your page:

    Can you please enable the debug mode on your website following this guide https://wpmudev.com/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/

    Access the page a couple of times, once done, check the wp-content folder for a debug.log file, download it and upload in the ticket reply.

    We can verify if this error is related to Forminator.

    Hi @dwipaad,

    The log doesn’t have any mention from the Forminator plugin directory. On further checking, I was able to notice the CSS that result in the issue is loaded from a cache. As the issue is not noticed on every form, can you please clear all the cache and check if it helps?

    If the issue still persists, just to make sure no other plugin/theme is conflicting and causing it, can you please try a conflict test?

    Please make sure to take a backup of the site before further proceeding the test or consider doing the same on a staging site.
