    Hello @llsoftware,

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are facing with Forminator.

Such an issue might occur when there is a plugin that could be conflicting with the Forminator plugin, or in rare cases, Forminator wasn’t updated correctly. In order to troubleshoot the issue further, could you please recall, if possible, whether the issue occurred after you installed or updated anything on your website? For example, updated any specific plugin or theme or install a new plugin after which the issue appeared?

I checked the site frontend and took a look at a couple of pages, and I could notice the Forminator form rendering fine on the frontend. Here is a reference https://monosnap.ai/file/jLE4SSei5MVJkqUzlLwIqTVV3ocfUp

Could you please let us know if you were able to resolve the issue? If not, and in case you still see the broken layout on the backend, the next troubleshooting step would be to narrow down the conflict.

For this, you will need to deactivate all the plugins on your website except Forminator, switch to a default WordPress theme like TwentyTwentySix and check if the Forminator backend layout is fixed. If it is, then enable each plugin one at a time until you replicate the issue. This will help confirm if there is any specific plugin that could be affecting the Forminator layout on the Backend.

Here is a graphical representation of a conflict test: https://wpmudev.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/Support-Process-Support-Process.gif

Important Note: Since this test involves deactivating and activating plugins and switching theme, this might affect the frontend of the live site, so we recommend performing the steps on a staging site after replicating the issue there. In case you wish to do it on the Live site, please perform a full site backup as a safety checkpoint.

Please let us know how it goes, so that we can help you troubleshoot the issue further.

    Kind Regards,
    Saurabh
