Hi!

I’m trying to connect Forminator to a Mailchimp automation. I’ve got Forminator integrated with Mailchimp already (using Forminator’s built-in Mailchimp API integration), but can’t figure out how to use it to trigger a Mailchimp automation.

Is there something obvious I’m missing? Being able to integrate the two without being able to trigger anything seems quite useless.

Hi @mitchell19

Thank you for reaching out.

Once you have connected the Forminator with Mailchimp integration you need to set it up in your form that you want to send the data to your account.

To do that, you should open the form editor and go to the integration tab then complete the MailChimp configuration.

@wpmudev-support2 I’ve already done that. But, when I do the Mailchimp setup with the physical form, there is no option to add a tag to the user. I can set an audience, but no tag. Any ideas?

Hi @mitchell19 ,

I hope you’re doing well.

Here is an example that could help you but basically you need to set it on Mailchimp + multiple groups on the form – https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#sending-data-conditionally-example
