I’m assuming it was deleted? If yes, I’m afraid there isn’t any way to recover without a backup.
The action of deleting the submission via the plugin side will remove the entries from the database. If you had email notifications sent when a form was submitted then you could check the old emails for the entries.
Other than that, I’m afraid there isn’t much that could be looked at without a backup.

Thank you for the response. I do have the email notifications but without the forms within the formulator plug in the links within the emails do not work and I get a 404 page.
If someone included a pdf with the original form submission it obviously doesn’t save since the submission was deleted.
I think they should have a way of backing up submissions.
