    Hello,

    We have several Forminator forms on our website that have been working very well for almost 12 months. However since March, 2 of them are not working properly.
    The stripe payment is processed correctly, however after the Submitting process, it says ‘An error occurred when processing the form – please try again’.
    The submission is visible in the backend of WP – Forminator Submissions, but no email notifications occur.

    Hoping you might be able to help me please.

    Hi there @melcriddle

    If things have been working well for some time, but suddenly stopped recently, that means something has changed on your site.

    It is most likely an issue either with some other recently installed/updated plugin that is conflicting, or possibly a recent update to Forminator that isn’t working well on your site for some reason.

    Can you please first downgrade Forminator to the previous version – 1.14.8 – to see if the issue is perhaps a consequence f updating the plugin?

    To get a previous version of the plugin, go to the Advanced View section here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/forminator/advanced/

    Scroll down to the bottom and select version 1.14.8 to download. Then go to Plugins > Add New > Upload in your site admin, and upload that version. Your WordPress will ask you if you want to overwrite the existing one; yes you do. 🙂

    If that previous version still does not work, then you’d want to check for possible conflicts with other active plugins.

    Please do let us know how the testing goes, and we’ll proceed from there.

    Hi Patrick,
    Sorry for not replying – I have been in touch with you about this issue via your WPMUDev platform. I discovered that the calculation field causes the form to have the error on submission, and once my calculation field was removed, the form worked correctly.
    I’ll continue to followup with you via WPMUDev.
