• Overall, I love using Forminator. It is fairly intuitive to use-once you are familiar with the field options. It’s clean and easy to incorporate into WordPress. I like that the I can customize most of the colors, so I can make the form match my event and/or website.
I have two things that keep me from giving it 5 stars. 1) I have it integrated with Google Sheets so I can easily keep track of submissions. But the columns aren’t in the same order as the form (Why list optional co-presenter information before the presenter information?). Sometimes, the answers don’t line up with the column header. So, it isn’t an easy fix to track submissions. 2) If I have a problem, it’s hard to find an answer. I was researching a problem last week. (It looked like it was working correctly, but didn’t show me all of the answers people gave.) Everything I found that was similar to my issue referred me back to the documentation. Not helpful. I gave up and removed the fields requiring logic to view. I have not posted in the forum about this issue yet because the form was already live. If I “fix” it now, the Sheets will be even more confusing.
