I have noticed that the Forminator plugin, even though I don’t use it and have uninstalled it, has created a lot of files. Can I simply delete them? Unfortunately, I cannot create a backup because I don’t have enough space on the server.

    Hello @tom68

Hope you’re doing well today! Sorry to hear about the issue you are facing.

Ideally, these should not be the files, rather they are looking more of the database tables where the Forminator submission data is stored, however, it looks like you were using a Pro version of the plugin. With reference to the forum guidelines https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products

I am afraid, we cannot provide support for the Pro version of the plugin on this forum. Could you please create a support ticket with us at https://wpmudev.com/get-support/ so that we can assist you further regarding this issue?

    Kind Regards,
    Saurabh

    Hallo

I don’t have the Pro version, and I have already removed the plugin. My question is whether I can delete this table. I also haven’t used this plugin.I cannot log in to the page you linked because I don’t have a paid plan.

    Kind Regards,

    Thomas

    Hi @tom68,

Instead of deleting the tables manually, I recommend performing a clean uninstallation. To do this, reinstall Forminator and ensure the “Reset” option is enabled under Forminator >> Settings >> Data >> Uninstall. This will ensure that all data associated with the plugin is removed when it is uninstalled.

Please find about the same in our documentation here: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#data

I hope that helps. Please feel free to get back to us if you need any further clarification.

    Kind Regards,
    Nebu John
