Formatting Text in Header bar

    I am running the Pro version and want to have a header bar with text on the left and the menu on right. I used the HTML block in the Header Bar & Themes to put in the text. I saw an option for the background of the header bar, but not for the foreground text.

    In the meantime, I added this to the HTML block
    <font size=4 color=”white”>Medway Business Council</font>

    Is there an option to control the header bar text formatting? In addition, I want to center the text with the menu icon, but again, see no option for this. Any advice?
