Formatting Purchase Confirmation Email

Hi. Just wondering if anyone knew of a way to format the purchase confirmation email sent to a customer following a successful purchase?

There’s no way to add markup within the Seller Email Body box; it just appears as plain text in the actual email sent.

Any ideas or suggestions greatly appreciated; thanks.
