Formatting issues

Hey Omnisend, I’ve noticed that whenever I copy campaign text from Canva, saving the campaign often results in formatting errors. It turns into a bit of a back-and-forth process to fix everything.
Is there an easy way to avoid this or a recommended workaround?

Thanks for bringing this up. Rich text copied from tools like Canva, Word, or other editors can sometimes include hidden formatting, which may lead to saving errors or unexpected formatting in your email.
If that happens, you can usually resolve it by:
- Clicking Go to element in the error message (if one is displayed).
- Selecting the affected text.
- Clicking Clear formatting in the text toolbar.
Note: If your browser is using a translation tool (for example, translating the page from English to French), it can introduce additional hidden formatting that may not clear properly. In that case, switch the page back to its original language and try clearing the formatting again.
