Formatted Event Date extension shows wrong time
-
I have been using TEC with Better Notifications for WordPress, and Registrations for the Events Calendar Pro for over a year now (and have been very satisfied!) When a new event is posted on our website an email notification is sent to subscribers that includes the date/time of the event (for which I use the “formatted event date” extension.) The line reads:
Start Date: [tribe_formatted_event_date id=[ID] format=”F j, Y, \\a\\t g:ia e”]
Recently the time is wrong in the notification email. However, when someone signs up for an event, the organizer gets an email. In this email, the event date/time is included using a shortcode. This time is correct. The line reads:
You have a new attendee for: {event-title} at {venue} on {event-date}!
I can’t say when this anomaly started as the pandemic has brought our club’s activities to a halt and I have not posted new events for several months.
All plugins are up-to-date.
Time zone under Setting/General is Berlin
Time zone under Events/Settings is “use the site-wide time zone everywhere”There appears to be a bug with the Formatted Event Date extension?
