I sent screenshots of the popup. It is not showing properly and the top is cut off so there is no way to close it.

I made some changes to the popup and it shows properly now. The issue now is that I sent out a number emails asking people to complete the popup which they did but I can’t find any users anywhere.
I want to do an email to promote joining us but the popup is not working properly. Can I get an answer please.

The plugin IS activated and works fine except I don’t see the users added anywhere.
