Hi,
We would like some more information.
1. Can you confirm you are using the most recent Yoast SEO, v13.5? If you update, does the issue resolve? 2
2. Are all your non-Yoast plugins and themes also updated?
3. Can you confirm you are using WordPress 5.4? You can check by clicking on the W in the top left and selecting About. If you need to update, please check with your host provider. Please know that if you are using an older version of WordPress Core you may experience unexpected behavior with Yoast. This guide explains more: https://yoast.com/why-we-dont-support-old-wordpress-versions/.
4. If you go to Settings-General-Site Language is Formal German the language selected?
5. If you go to Users-Your Profile-Language is Formal German the language selected?

Hello,
yes all plugins, themes and WordPress are up to date.
All languages in WordPress: General and Users Profile are also set to Formal German.
The plugin itself is translated, only in the SEO analysis / snippet mode … the translation does not work.

A so-called “bug report” (a description of the issue, so we can fix it) is filed already here.
What’s next?
Our product team will assess the severity of this problem in relation to other open bug reports and new features. Based on their assessment, the bug report will be given a priority. Our developers work on the highest priority issues first. Unfortunately, this means we cannot give you an estimate when they’ll start working on your report.
Bugs are reported, investigated and fixed in GitHub so this topic was closed in favor of the GitHub issue. If you have any further information that may affect the prioritization or help our development team, please leave a comment or subscribe to the GitHub report to get updates on the issue.
