After updating to WordPress 5.7 and adding an SSL certificate to bring the client’s website up to “https”, the email forms will no longer submit. I can see the form on all of the webpages, but when I fill them out and click submit, the submit button just goes grey and stays there. No confirmation message comes up, no error message, nothing. When I look into the submissions, there is no record of my test submission. (I have old ones dating back to before the update)

    What am I doing wrong?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @digitalzoetrope,

    Thanks for your inquiry.

First please note that on your site there is a mixed content error, please see the screenshot https://nimb.ws/ogJ8Lh. Mixed content means that some resources are still served from HTTP protocol, you need to fix this. After fixing, please try to submit the form again, if the issue persists, then please write which version of form maker you use.
