Somewhere I think in the form setup there was option to turn on maintenance so form would not show. I can’t remember where it is.

    HELP PLEASE!

To disable the form maintenance mode, go to your WordPress Dashboard -> Ninja Forms -> Settings -> scroll down to Advanced Settings -> the last menu option should be Remove Maintenance Mode (click this), then click Save.

I don’t remember seeing a maintenance button in Ninja Forms, but one thing you can do is go to the restrictions and set the “Limit Submissions” to -1
Then set a Maintenance message in the field below.

When the form is loaded, it will display your maintenance message.
Remove the Submission Limit to have the form working again.

Thanks Justin, the button was sure enough there. Turned it off.
