Form still not sending

I’m resubmitting this since my last post was marked as resolved and this is NOT resolved.

The form shows an error and will not submit is page caching is turned on.
I’m using WP Optimize but I see the same issue others are having with other plugins.

No response yet from author so hoping they can get this issue resolved.
