Glad you reached out.
It looks like you may have migrated from one place to another, but didn’t change/update all your URLs. I would recommend updating the URLs on the database, and then loading the file from the correct site.

It’s more focused on protecting your site from data loss, but there are some good best-practices ideas in there you might find handy.
