Form Settings is blank

    It seems like a great plug in, but when I install it and tries to change the settings of a form, it’s just blank.

    I go to settings on one item in the Form List, and in the “frame” for Form Builder, I only have three rows:
    Add a Field
    Field Settings
    Form Settings

    I’ve tried to inactivate all other plug ins, any other ideas?

    Hi,

    The form builder is generated with javascript, if there is any unmanaged javascript error, caused by other plugin installed in your wordpress, all javascript code in the page can stop working.
