Form Response Display Error

I am using the standard WP form widget here: http://www.allisonlaw.com/help-is-on-the-way/. The responses, displayed for users after they submit, overlap other text on screen. I’m assuming I can code an relative position for the response display, but cannot figure out where to put the code. Any help troubleshooting is greatly appreciated.
