Form repeat submission

    We have numerous forms on this site which all function perfectly, however one form (suggest a book title), will submit the form (and send the notification email), but the about an hour later submit it again, with a new notification email and a new submission ID

    For example:
    1. New Form Entry #12785 for Suggest a title Sunday at 1:29pm then again
    2. New Form Entry #12792 for Suggest a title Sunday at 4.25pm

    I hope you are doing well.

    I checked the page and submitted the form. I couldn’t find any console errors.

    I suspect it could be a conflict issue. Some other plugins or themes could be conflicting with Forminator.

    Please create a staging site, disable all the plugins except Forminator, and switch to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Five. After that, submit the form on the staging site and check if the issue persists. If the issue is gone, a conflict is present. Reactivate the remaining plugins and theme one by one, testing after each activation until the issue reappears and the conflicting component is identified.
    If the issue remains, please let us know the results.

    You can create a staging site using the WP STAGING plugin.
