Form Plugin to Forum

I’ve trying to find a plugin or extension that will allow me to create a form that will both create an e-mail if I need it, but more importantly create a forum post (on any given forum).

I’ve looked at a few plugins and am not really sure if they allow that type of option or I’m just missing it.

Something like QuForm or Ninjaform. I know that Quform has a database option, but I’m not entirely sure if that allows it to enter the database of the forum and post it there.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is an image of QuForm. I’m certain that I just need to input the correct information including the tables, variables, and values. Is that correct?
