Form pluggin form on the front office

Hi everyone

I have a question, I’m new in the wordpress world.
I’m creating a website.
I create a page with a form on it (Title – Description …)
When people write all the information and click to “submit”, that create a new article on my blog.
The aim of the website is that all the people tell a story …

So now my question … I would like give to my people the right to build their own form on the front office in the order they want…
Like me i do in the back ground (drag & drop)
So finally the article that they will create will be by their own design.

Do you know how Can i do ?
