    I have a problem with my metforms on website:

    showing only this message instead of form:

    } ${is_dummy_markup ? message_position === 'bottom' ? props.ResponseDummyMarkup(message_successIcon, message_proClass) : '' : ''} ${is_dummy_markup ? ' ' : message_position === 'bottom' ? props.SubmitResponseMarkup${parent}${state}${message_successIcon}${message_errorIcon}${message_proClass}: ''}

    There seems to be a problem with the JS or someting on the page. Tried clearing the cache, turning off plugins but nothing worked. Any ideas why it could be happening.

    WordPress core is the latest – 7.0.4 and plugin version also – 4.2.0

    Thanks,

    never mind, it was due to a js added to the form hiding a field until another is selected, it had to be outside the form.

    Hi @ihou ,

    Thank you for the update. We’re glad to hear that you found the cause of the issue and resolved it by moving the custom JavaScript outside the form.

    Best Regards,
