Form not syncing

    I’m using the plugin and setup was mostly easy 👍
    But sometimes the form submissions are not syncing properly with my Mailchimp list. Not sure if I missed something in settings. any idea what could cause this? tnkz

    In your WordPress admin under MC4WP > Other, do you see any errors in the log?

    If there is any problem with a form submission it should show there.

    You can also set it to “Log everything” to also show successful sign ups in the log.

    If double opt-in is turned on for the form (Under MC4WP > Form > Settings) it will of course not show the email in your Mailchimp list until the confirmation link in the opt-in email is clicked.
