I am Using in IE9.When the contact form loading in the page there is no styling.If I click submit button without doing validation the form is submitted. After form submitted styling is working.If I reload submitted form means again styling is not working.

Could you please publish the website on a test server, so we can take a look? The problem might be caused by a conflict with other plugins and/or the theme installed to your website. So we can’t surely tell anything until we see what’s wrong.
