Form not showing – cookie errors?

    Hi,

    Our donation form isn’t showing up. It did show up once but since then, nothing. There’s a number of cookie errors on the page which read…

    Cookie “tk_tc” has been rejected for invalid domain. 2 donate

    Cookie “_ga_C53EHKCDD0” has been rejected for invalid domain. donate

    Cookie “_ga_C53EHKCDD0” has been rejected for invalid domain. donate

    Cookie “_ga” has been rejected for invalid domain. donate

    Cookie “_ga_C53EHKCDD0” has been rejected for invalid domain. donate

    Cookie “_ga_C53EHKCDD0” has been rejected for invalid domain. donate

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!
