Form not sending attachments

I have seen the other questions about this, but i cant solve my error.
I have a form with a file input, like in here http://contactform7.com/file-uploading-and-attachment/
But the file y not been sent.
Y tried to change the temp folder like it is sais in the oficial site. And chmod it with 777.
Y can see while is sending, via ftp, that it creates a folder with the file to send inside, and it removes it inmediately, generating a .htaccess file in the folder with deny for all. So the problem isnt that.
How can i solve it?
