Form not registering account

    Hello,

    When users fill out our Account Registration Form, it is not actually registering them for an account and is saying that the username and password is invalid. Please help.

    When I fill yout the form I am forwarded to http://www.governorsolutions.com/thank-you-account-registration

    There is no message about a failure. What kind of account do you expect to be created? Is it a channelonline account? How is the connection between the form and the user database established? Has it worked at any time?
