Form no longer editable

    This form has been up and running on the website for some time but recently have noticed the last field “Total Heating requirement (BTUs)” is not using the correct formula.

    When I try to check the form itself in the Settings menu, the form no longer appears and nothing seems to be editable.

    The only think I can think is the website was changed from .net to .co.uk recently. All other plugins are working correctly however?
