form messages don’t show up

Hello,

I have a problem with my form. I configured the diff messages that have to show up in the message pannel. But when i try to use the form nothing shows up. Even when everything is filled correctly i don’t have the “thanks your mail has been sent” message.
Can someone help me please?

i have kind of same probleme on my website since 1 month

when i click on send, the wheel never stop to load, and no confirmation of message good sending, but its works, email is send..

So i put a message to explain no worries we receive your message..

do anyone have idea ? because 1 month ago it was working perfectly..

The same happens on my webpage (casaruralelaceitunero.com/contacto).

When I click on send the message is sent but it seems like nothing happens, so the customer keeps pressing the button and I get the same message over and over again.

Hi, guys. The problem is fixed on my page.

I did the downgrade and the problem persisted, so I created a new form and the problem was fixed. I upgraded the plugin and no problem.

So if I had just eliminated the form in the first place then created a new form the problem would probably have been fixed before. Sorry about that 😀

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet, Classic Editor, Elementor, Flamingo and PHP Compatibility Checker, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
