Form Fields Type Not Entering/Displaying

The form fields on a website I am building are not typable, you can type in the form fields but it doesn’t display the information in the form fields you are typing. The issue can be seen here.

The theme I am using for this website is Velvet which utilizes the Contact Form 7 plug-in which is what I am using for this contact form and pulling it into the page via the shortcode. It is important to note that I tried several other contact form plug-ins as well and those fields were not displaying typed in information either, I have since deactivated all of the ones other than Contact Form 7.

I read another post which I unfortunately can’t find the link to now that said to change the form properties in the Contact Form 7 plug-in because there was an issue with max-length properties for that users issue.
