Form Fields Populating Correctly in SF

    Hello,

    I’ve recently installed your plugin and what I’ve found is that the fields aren’t populating correctly. For example the Comment field is populating in the Company field on Salesforce and the City field goes to the Phone section.

    Please advise.

    Something’s off because when the lead comes into SalesForce, Comment is populated into Company and City goes into Phone and this happens on all three of the forms that I’ve created.

    I don’t see anything in the code that would cause that.

    Could there be rules on the Salesforce side that are causing that?

    Can you try the same forms on a fresh developer account?
