Hi dear user.
Go to forms page and change the “Select mail server type” option to wordpress mail(wp_mail) from Settings tab(top right side). This could help.

I checked and I had already had this setting selected,.. but i unselected and selected again and saved… still same issue

Sure here you go this is what the email looks like when I get it. I Would like to be able to put some space in it somehow so that the information is separated by sections or something and not all lumped together.
