I’m currently dealing with the same issue! No matter which form I’m trying to edit (I have ten), whenever I click edit, the page finishes its upload to a blank edit screen. I’ve deleted my cache, deactivated plugins that may have gotten in its way, and no luck. Please help.

I checked on my lab site, but couldn’t replicate the issue. I suspect a conflict is happening and causing the issue.
To determine whether the issue is caused by a conflict, please run a full conflict test.
Before starting, create a recent backup of your site so you can restore it if needed. Next, deactivate all plugins and MU-plugins except for Forminator, switch to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Five, clear all caches, and check if the issue persists.
If the issue is gone, a conflict is present. Reactivate the remaining plugins and theme one by one, testing after each activation until the issue reappears and the conflicting component is identified.
If the issue remains, please let us know the results.
As this is a live site, we recommend performing the test on a staging environment to avoid affecting visitors. Most hosting providers offer a staging feature, or you can use the WP STAGING plugin to create one.
@independentbookreview Could you confirm if you have conducted a full conflict test on your site as mentioned above?
I’d really rather not jump straight to a full conflict reset. I have a customized theme with lots of moving parts, and I am not the site designer, so that makes me feel uneasy.
I “inspected” the edit form page and toggled over to “console” and received these error messages. Does this help? Is there anything else like this that can inform you enough to give me a different solution?
I deactivated the Gutenberg plugin, and the form editor is working for me now. Not sure if that’s what the answer was, or if something was done on your end, but…it looks like I’m in the clear!
