    Hello

    thanks for your kind support…

    The plugin is Elementor

    the code:

    <div class="wpforms-submit-container"><input type="hidden" name="wpforms[id]" value="25779"> <input type="hidden" name="wpforms[nonce]" value="1aa10af590">

    <input type="hidden" name="wpforms[author]" value="1"><input type="hidden" name="wpforms[post_id]" value="25205"><button type="submit" name="wpforms[submit]" id="wpforms-submit-25779" class="wpforms-submit buttonquote" data-alt-text="Sending..." data-submit-text="Submit" aria-live="assertive" value="wpforms-submit">Submit</button><img src="//local/wp-content/plugins/wpforms/assets/images/submit-spin.svg" class="wpforms-submit-spinner" style="display: none;" width="26" height="26" alt="Loading"></div>

Please note that it was working fine, and it happened suddenly without any new plugin installations, moreover all other website forms are working fine. i also deleted the form totally and created new one from scratch, yet nothing changes. it just sees telephone field asif empty.

Hey @weeegooo – Thanks for sharing the export file!

I looked into the form, and it seems that you’re using Hidden field, and in that you’ve added the geolocation and URL referrer smart tag which is part of the paid version of WPForms.

If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?

From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    Thanks!
