Form data replaces headers in spreadsheet

    Hello,

    I managed to connect the form to a spreadsheet, copied the form labels, and added them to row 1.

    However, when I submit the form for the first time, the data replaces the labels in row 1 instead of creating a new row. When I submit it a second time, the row ends up empty and the integration stops working altogether.

    Could you please help me figure out what’s causing this and how to fix it?

    PS: There are no error logs.

    No further action needed, I did it with a Make integration.
