Form Creation Recommendation

Hi All,

I’m responsible for developing/maintaining a website used by our model airplane flying club. I’d like to add an on-line join/renew function, and I’m looking for a recommendation on how best to create the membership application form. I’d like to find something relatively simple and either free or low one-time cost. I really don’t want to do any subscription based stuff, or other recurring expense type solution. Basically, I want to make an on-line version of our membership application where name, address, etc. is entered. Once complete, the data is sent by email to our club secretary. I don’t need database functionality or anything else like that!

All recommendations welcome, or suggestions for a better place to post if this is not an appropriate question to be asked here!
