• The person who signs up for our newsletter form is not receiving a confirmation email stating we received their request. However, we receive the confirmation email as admins. How can we ensure the recipients receive a confirmation email as well?

  • If your emails are being sent via the web server there’s a very good chance that they’ll be blocked by the recipient’s email provider as spoofed/spam email. You can work around this by installing a plugin like “WP Mail SMTP” that will allow you to route all emails sent from the site via a SMTP server authenticated against a legitimate account.
