Form Changed Without Edits

    Hello,

    I have a Form Assembly form on at least two pages in my site:
    Contact UsNepal

    I use this plugin and until this week I had no problem – the form was fine. However, now the boxes that need to be filled in suddenly shrunk on both these pages. The forms appear to be ok, so I am not quite sure what the problem is. Can you please advise?
