    The option to reset the password on the tutor login page (forgot your password -> dashboard/retreive-pasword) does not send the email with the reset link. (I have checked all the folders)
    I have tested it with the woocommerce login page (my-account/lost-pasword) and I receive the mail and it works correctly.
    I have looked at old messages in the forum of other users who had the same problem but the solution is not clear.
    It is running with the latest version of wordpress and plugins (tutor-woocommerce-elementor-hello theme)
    Can you help me?

    I have tested on my end that the reset password is property sending the email that contains the reset link.

    If still not working for you then I would request you to contact support at themeum dot com.

    Thanks for your answer.

    I have consulted your website documentation (troubleshooting / emails-not-sent /).
    With the ’email log’ plugin I have seen the problem and I have already solved it.
