How can U force a new member to upload his picture profile? Cause many ppl don’ t have gravatar, and a no picture profile look bad on WP blog.

Forcing members to upload a profile pic is a little more advanced. But if you’d like to have a field available for users to upload profile pics without using Gravatar you might want to check out this plugin to have the field available for users. Hope this helps with some of the issue.
