Forbidden popup appeared

    Hello,

    How can I remove the Forbidden message popup on top of page? https://ibb.co/cXcHyLs

    This happens on Contact Us page only with both Chrome and Edge browsers.
    Users need to click “OK” to release the page. It’s so annoying.

    Please advise. Thanks in advance!
