Forbidden access to digital files

Hello,

I have an issue with viewing a digital files via digital monitor downloads plugin.

Files uploaded to folder dlm_uploads are forbiden for access. For example: http://kniznica2.sk/wp-content/uploads/dlm_uploads/2020/04/babicka.pdf

It is very important for me to have it possible be accessed, as on my site I want to give access to ebooks for users, and I want it to be via viewable link, not download of file.
