For NGO – Please help

Folks,

I’m trying to launch an NGO website on 9/27/2010. Final step is to change the appearance of the menu bar.

In attempt to do that, I tried visiting Appearance->Menus and the page is blank, which is weird. The address bar shows ‘http://my website/wp-admin/nav-menus.php

Please help me fix this and get this initiative moving.
