Footnotes is positioned below other "after-post" plugins

Hi there,

I’m really fond of your footnotes plugin so far. However, I have multiple plugins that insert something after a post. This includes social sharing, an opt-in form and a related posts plugin. Unfortunately footnotes places itself after all of these other plugins, and so it’s not in a very good position for aesthetics or convenience. Is there a way that I came make the footnotes be placed above all of the other “after post” plugins?
