footnote tags not working

    I can’t get my footnote links to work on my site (posted above). When i click on the link nothing happens. I’ve checked in the page and the footnote marker is linking to the URL

    #_ftn1 and the footnote itself is linking to

    #_ftnref1.

    But when I click on it in the page nothing happens.

    Can anybody help?
