Footer size?

    Hello,

    How can I make the footer one size on each page. For instance one page where I have a little bit of content the footer comes about half way up the page; however on another one where I have significantly more content, the footer is at the bottom and looks to be a “normal” size.

    Is there a way to make the footer size fixed?
