Footer not appearing

Long story short, my footer is not appearing and I know its because of the hummingbird plugin. I went through all plugins and deactivated one by one, once I turned off the hummingbird plugin then the footer appears. I really do need the hummingbird plugin, it helps a lot.
One thing I noticed, is if you go to the code in the website via inspect element…. the footer is stuck at “Loading”, if you go in there on inspect element and delete the word loading, the footer appears immediately. Hello! Thanks for helping out. That’s really weird that its appearing for you, on every computer I check, it does NOT appear at all. the only time I see it appear, which is really weird, is if I view the site from a private browers/incognito mode, then it works fine.

this is a screen recording of me deleting the word “loading” in the code for the footer, and then the footer appears.
